EU REGULATION 2016/679 ART.13

As set forth in Art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), Pirelli & C S.p.A. (hereinsfter “Pirelli” or the “Holder”), in its capacity as the Holder of such data protection, wishes to inform you that your Personal Data you have provided in this Form (hereinafter “Personal Data”) shall be collected in order to - allow you to have access to a webcasting service (hereinafter “Service”).
Provision of such Personal Data is not mandatory, although it is needed to have access to such Service.
In the event such Personal Information are not being provided, the Holder shall not be able to perform to the Service as well as its related activities.
Personal Data shall be made accessible and/or known by and/or communicated to the following which will be in charge of such Protection:
- companies belonging to the Pirelli Group;
- private and/or public entities, individuals and/or entities
chosen by the Holder to perform any such sctivity in
connection with the above mentioned purpose.

In any case, Personal Data shall not be made public.
Any activity connected with data management/processing and data shall be recorded for a period of 3 (three) months from the date of your last access to the Service.
In your capacity as a party connected with any such activity mentioned above, you will enjoy all rights set forth in Art. 15 and following of the GDPR and not limited to the right of access to personal data and information related to their management/processing, correction of wrong personal data, integration of incomplete personal data, cancellation of such personal data as those herewith required, restrictions and limitations in terms of data portability, as well as your right to oppose access/management of your personal data to pursue the Holder’s legitimate interests. In the event you oppose such use of personal data, such data shall not be further processed, unless there are legitimate and prevailing reasons to do so over interests, rights and freedom by the subject, or in order to ascertain, exercise and/or protect such rights in a legal proceeding.
